Eric de Venney and wife Suzi have put their mark on the Eagle, smartening up the nine bedrooms, and freshly preparing all cooked-to-order food using local produce where possible.

Eric is passionate about his real ales! and the two hand pumps are usually both in use.

This stone-built Grade II listed coaching house was constructed around 1850, and comes complete with all the little quirks one might expect from such an old building; it is proud to be Dornoch's first and only Bar with Rooms.
