This traditional old stone pub, formerly the Drum and Monkey, is tucked away on a side road opposite the old Matthews brewery which closed in the 1960's. It was a Hall & Woodhouse pub but is now privately owned and extremely food-led, concentrating on open fire cooked food for sharing together with an extensive wine cellar. Outdoor seating available on patio.
