Busy chain "Pub & Grill", located near to Swansea's main Morriston Hospital. It is a large brick built building set in its own grounds with a large car park to the rear and side. It has two large rooms, one is predominantly the Lounge/main eating area and the other is the Bar area, each has their own serving bar, TV's and a variety of seating combinations available. There is also a wide garden seating area at the front. Breakfasts are served from 10am until Noon, then main meals after noon.

When using the car park, all pub customers with vehicles can get free parking, but will need to register their vehicle details onto a computer tablet just inside either doorway. Otherwise, a pay and display system with CCTV is in operation.
