Breakfast 7am to 9.30am. The oldest inn in Dorset, in the picturesque Georgian town of Blandford, it is said to be haunted by a women in black and a cloaked highwayman who was shot dead in the courtyard. Interior has beautifully panelled walls and carefully restored oak floors.

Mostly rebuilt in the 20th century but with care so warranting Grade II Listing. Historic England list entry 1108641
