A Gray and Sons establishment, not far from Southend town centre. A music venue adjoins the pub so it can get busy on music nights. There is a weekly quiz on Mondays and Sunday music sessions with R&B, blues and Jazz. Typically two cask beers and over 70 different gins available. Meals are served lunchtimes and evenings from a varied menu.
