Situated close to Ormskirk town centre the pub prides itself on both quality food and cask ales. It features three cask ales, two of which are guests, sourced from local and regional breweries and it earned a CAMRA award in 2015. The extensive food menu is served all day in its restaurant or bar area. Cricket memorabilia around its walls reflects its close relationship with Ormskirk Cricket Club.
