A bright, open plan pub with emphasis on TV sports, all of which are catered for. The pub came under new ownership in the summer of 2025. At the time of survey (August 2025) there are 3 handpumps, dispensing mainly national brews (Taylor Boltmaker and Greene King Old Speckled Hen at the survey, plus Bass on permanently). The opening times and beer range may change as the owners find what suits the clientele. There are noticeably less TV screens.
