A small, friendly bottle shop and bar, with a few tables and seats, and shelves and fridges well stocked with cans and bottles from brewers far and near. No cask ale, but on draught is a properly-brewed lager and a couple of key-keg or keg ales, one at session strength and one stronger, often from local brewers such as Kernel, Gipsy Hill and London Beer Factory. A draught cider is also served. No mass-produced beers are sold here. Bottles and cans can be purchased to drink on or off the premises, and when sold as on-sales are served properly in a glass. There is a large selection of unusual gins. It is understood that this venue no longer accepts cash payments, only card payments.
