Redecorated and renamed late 2022. The interior is now very smart and welcoming. The central bar serves three distinct areas a comfortable seating area in the former pool room, raised sating opposite the bar and a riverside conservatory. There is also a riverside terrace for the better weather. Four handpumps serving beers from the Marstons portfolio. Refurbished in 2024, the garden has been extended into the car park.

Three real ales are usually available from two sets of two handpumps at each end of the bar.

Historic Interest

Once owned by Trouncers a former brewery nearby, so presumably was for a time the brewery tap.
