Impressive looking Victorian stone building set in its own large gardens with a long curving driveway. The Lodge is mainly a destination restaurant and function venue (popular for weddings!), due to its set back location on a residential road away from the town centre. But will serve those only wanting a drink from its main bar. The large downstairs area is split between separate Bar, Lounge and Function areas.

Originally this was a club called the Brynhyfryd Social Club, but reopened as the Celtic Lodge approx. 2014.
