Originally built by Bass Charrington, following many years as a privately run hotel, the ownership transferred to North Kesteven District Council in 2024. The hotel has two large bar areas, restaurant and two function rooms. It is adjacent to the Bass Maltings looking towards a regeneration scheme. The one or two guest real ales change regularly usually being from the Zest brewery. An extensive food menu is available with specialty evenings to coincide with events. Open for breakfast from 7.30am. Alcohol served from 10am.
