This former traditional style, local was tastefully refurbished as a restaurant in 2023. It is conveniently located close to Stone railway station and is about 200m from Lock 30 on the Trent & Mersey canal via a footpath. It has seating available for drinkers both near to the entrance as well as a separate covered area off the main restaurant. Although the food focus mainly showcases quality meats there are both vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. Breakfast is available on Saturdays and Sundays.
