Medium sized pub on the edge of town centre with a large function room and a surprisingly large Beer Garden. There is a large horseshoe bar serving up to eight beers and six ciders. Former home to J Church Brewery and sister pub to the Olde England, ten minutes walk away going out of town on the Kettering Road. Olde England labelled beers are contract brewed for both pubs by Potbelly in Kettering. In 2022 & 2023 it was voted Best Local Live Venue by the the Northamptonshire Music Awards. Awarded Town Pub of the Season Summer 2025.

Historic Interest

Former home to J Church Brewery and sister pub to the Olde England, ten minutes walk away going out of town on the Kettering Road. Voted local CAMRA Town Pub of the Season Spring 2017. In 2022 & 2023 it was voted Best Local Live Venue by the the Northamptonshire Music Awards.
