Traditional English pub located in the heart of Adderbury, a beautiful North Oxfordshire village, just 3 miles south of Banbury.
Expect a warm welcome from both the landlord and locals, it's a true community hub. A good range of Hook Norton ales are served, plus a seasonal offering from the brewery. Real cider from Napton is also available.
Inside the bar there is a fire place for warmth in winter, and an enclosed patio beer garden overlooking the church for the warmer months. Bar snacks and light bites are locally sourced, with regular Tuesday night curry, Pizza Friday and Sunday Lunch.
The spiritual home of Adderbury Morris Men, regular folk dance and music events take place. The music room is dedicated to the morris dance teams and the many folk musicians who play each month, with life-sized murals of morris men.
Sport is often shown in the music room on TV, including all major sporting events such as Champions League Football, Six Nations Rugby, Cheltenham Festival, etc.
