Also offers a simply furnished but comfortable public bar and a larger & characterful lounge bar leading to restaurant. Exposed oak beams throughout and a large wood-burner in each bar. Scrubbed wooden floors in bar areas and tiled floor in restaurant. Popular for food.
Historic Interest
Current building was originally four cottages dating from about 1625. Converted in 1968 to create an attractive pub. The original Bell is now called Dial House & can be found near the church. Photographs of this pub and more historical information about it can be found here
