Part of Abbey Ales estate since Oct 2025 and reopened on 20 Dec 2025. Quizzes, live music and beer & cider festival later in 2026. Four cask ales, at least three from Abbey Ales, fourth maybe a local guest e.g. Frome.

The pub has been here since at least 1881 and legend has it that hangings took place across the road from the pub.
