Recently reopened (March 2017) after closing for a short time. The bar has two handpumps and, after training the licensee will have real ales on offer.

The pub is set back from the main road and inside its open plan is quite large and roomy. The bar runs almost the length of the right hand side of the pub. The pub can get busy both on Market days and weekend evenings.
