Basic locals pub. Can be a bit rough and ready! Bar snacks. Racing favoured for TV. The name came from the landlord when it was the Lowther Arms. He came from Barrow and was called Jack Spencer - can be seen on the 2nd photo. Prior to that it was Timpson's or Simpson's Wines .....
