This National Trust owned country inn is over 200 years old and has been in the same family for over 27 years. Situated in a picturesque village in the heart of the Purbecks, it is also home to Isle of Purbeck Brewery and their ever-changing beers are dispensed through some of the nine hand pumps, alongside three or four guest ales. Ciders from around Dorset and also produced on the premises are also available.
With a large open fire, a stone interior and extensive menu, the pub is comfortable to enjoy a home-cooked meal and a decent pint. The outside covered area offers plenty of extra seating. The huge cliff-top garden across the road offers views over Poole Bay.
This Pub serves 4 changing beers (Includes Isle of Purbeck IPA) and 4 regular beers.
