After a short period of closure, the premises reopened as Attermire Cafe Bar in late July 2025. During the day Attermire functions as a licensed cafe serving draught beers, hot drinks, cakes, ice cream, breakfasts and lunches. Weekend evenings it is a small, friendly bar.

Attermire occupies part of what was Garnett's Electrical Store and, going further back in time, the White Horse Inn, built in 1671. The beams and stonework are original, note too the ancient cellar door and the Garnett's family safe above the fireplace.
