Formerly a hotel built back in the 1850's this Family-run pub is a true community local. Multiroomed to suit many a social gathering. They host various sports and pub games teams with games such as Crib, Darts and Pool, to having their own Boules court. While having a car park, the pub is close to bus stops, railway station and visitor moorings on the nearby Fossdyke canal. All that's missing is an airport nearby! Pub snacks always available but also regular Pop-up food trucks such as curry, pizza, taco and Thai, see social media for details. Fish and chips from the shop across the road may be consumed with a drink in the outside covered seating area.
