Previously a boarding school, convent and the local maternity hospital. The front of the building is accessed via steps. To the left is the bar and restaurant, to the right there is a room with a pool table and a further room. There is level access at the rear into the restaurant area. Accommodation comprises seven, en-suite double-rooms.

The Grade II Listed building was originally the Rutland Maternity Hospital. Historic England list entry 1361747.
