Popular micropub, unsurprisingly busy as the locality is dominated by chain pubs focused mainly on food. It sits at the end of a parade of small shops which includes an Indian restaurant. An ever-changing range of up to four ales are offered, witnessed by the growing array of pumpclips. £1 off pints of cask ale during Happy Hour 2.30pm - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday. Cheese Night every Wednesday; complimentary cheese and crackers from 7pm. Craft beers, ciders and spirits are also available, along with cobs, pork pies and Scotch eggs. Car parking is at the front in the area shared by the row of shops.
