Wine bar.

Part wine bar, part bottle shop. Cobalto is Italian for cobalt, an ultramarine blue that forms the menu-mosaic in the bar. The drinks list includes cocktails and beers and the wines are mostly from Italy, sourced directly from organic and biodynamic vineyards. The venue is now in conformance with CAMRAs definition of a pub. There is a small food offering including cheese and charcuterie platters.
