Smart cocktail bar.

A famous watering-hole on the ground floor of the huge 788-room Strand Palace Hotel in the heart of Theatreland, "inspired by the discreet, neighbourhood drinking dens of downtown New York".

Previously in Wellington Street, now relocated. Can be accessed either via the hotel lobby or direct from the street. Now in conformance with CAMRAs definition of a pub.
