Directly opposite the Wellington pub and looking like the entrance to one of the underground street WCs once so common in London, this is because it was indeed once a Victorian gents' loo; and is hence compact! "Covent Garden's smallest bar". A neon sign points the way down. No door charge and accepts walk-ins but space is very limited and various VIP options to get tables are available, see venue website. Now in conformance with CAMRAs definition of a pub. Wine and beers are available within the drinks options.
