A modern, multi-use events venue with a taste for food & drink. It is the home of the Isle of Bute Distillery, Bute Brew Co., Isle of Bute Smokehouse and ButeKitchen and their produce is available for consumption on the premises or to take away.

It is a large exhibition hall with a bar and food outlets and bench seating. As well as the resident businesses, space can be hired for a wide range of events and festivals.
