This is an off licence that sells real ale in a bottle, but they are not licensed for consumption on the premises.

Has on-sales license as well.

A now well-established beer shop near the Carfax bandstand brought to us by the team from the Malt Shovel and Anchor Tap.

The shop also has an on-sales license with a small seating area now added; however be advised there are no toilets in the shop.

There are two real ales from regional brewers on gravity dispense, plus two on keg dispense and two ciders. There is an extensive range of bottle and canned beers from the UK and Europe, with a knowledgeable team happy to give advice.
