This independently owned pub is over 300 years old and is set in the heart of the Northumberland National park and the newly defined Dark Sky Park, making it ideal for those with an interest in real ale and real stars. No TV and no mobile reception make for a peaceful drinking experience. Pub is dog friendly and has informal jam sessions so bring your instrument if you like. 10% happy hour discount Monday to Thursday 4-6 pm
