18th century former Manor House tastefully restored and refurbished following closure for two years. House ale St Marys reflects the name of the local Church and for every pint sold a donation is made towards the Church upkeep. Located on the B1340 this pleasant hamlet portrays a typical Northumbrian scene with a small picturesque green opposite the outdoor seating area. The five bedrooms are fitted out to a high standard and all en suite. describes itself as a gastropub, but offers a takeaway menu as well.
