In a 17th century Grade II listed building on Newcastle's Quayside that incorporates the former Bob Trollops pub. Two bars with excellent selection of local and regional beers. Numerous nooks and crannies, the range of beers, stone walls, and ancient ceiling beams make this an appealing pub. Specialises in pies, peas and mash to eat. Offers a good range of American, European and British bottled beers.

Historic Interest

Much art nouveau tiling in central entrance and real half timbering.
