Mainly a restaurant but does have a bar where drinks can be purchased without buying a meal.

4 cask ales, Wylam Gold permanent. Customers like dark ales so look out for a porter or stout. Layout like a Greek style taverna, that focuses on Real Ale, Traditional Cider and Wine. Chicken marinated overnight then cooked in a rotisserie. Available in different styles also a tapas style menu with daily specials. Traditional ambience, wooden floors/beams, comfortable on the eye. Open space or booths pleasant "lantern" lighting. Seats 50. Behind Hotel Michaelangelo.
