Whilst this is a 'new build' pub and restaurant (chain owned) the design has been well thought out. The front bar area has more of a traditional pub feel, and the rear houses different eating areas so although it caters for a good number of covers it doesn't have a crowded feel. There are usually two well kept real ales on offer and the food is of a good quality.
