Historic inn overlooking the River Wear at the north end of Fatfield Bridge

Dating from 1827 this pub once included a brewery. The pub has had a major makeover and cask ale used to be available in the left hand bar. Meals are served there and right hand restaurant / lounge. The pub is overlooked by the historic Worm Hill. Regular buses outside the door No cask ale on June 12th. To be looked at later.
