In 2004, rising from the ashes of the West End Vaults and the earlier Trimmers Arms, came the new and partly rebuilt pub of the same name. This is a music venue with two stages, one in the bar area used Friday evening, while Saturday sees a larger stage being used.

Pub closed briefly in 2023 but reopened in July
