This pub is tucked away a short distance off the A148 but it is well worth finding. The bar is set in a large open plan area and has three handpumps for continuously changing beers. The focus is on beer from local breweries with varying strengths and styles. Food is served in the bar area and separate restaurant which also doubles as a function room. There are regular pub quizzes, charity bingo nights and live music. A small campsite is at the rear of the pub with a static van available for hire. Closed Mondays.
