The pub was saved by locals and is community owned with professional managers. Cumbrian beers complement the

quality of ingredients in the chef’s specials on the changing menu. Appleby and Bowness Bay beers are regular favourites. Separate bar, dining room, and games room. Regular events include: music, food-themed nights and quiz. Well worth a visit but check opening hours beforehand.

Bank Holiday Monday opening 3pm-10pm for drinks only.
