This award-winning (Southern Hampshire CAMRA 'Pub of the Year' 2011) and highly popular pub has been run by the same landlord since 2002 and serves four locally-brewed beers directly from the casks behind the bar. The home-cooked food is served at lunchtimes. Saturday evening visitors often find live music, being played. In the garden there is a smoking shelter; in summer, time can be whiled away on at one the many picnic tables enjoying the floral displays and excellent cask ale. Cider served is Weston's Rosie's Pig and Old Rosie.
