All the usual Wetherspoon facilities in this interesting conversion of former solicitors' offices. Several separate but linked drinking areas with glass-roofed bar area provide the opportunity for privacy or company. Close to the Bishop of Durham's palace and park, and takes its name from locally-schooled Mr Jefferson - better known as Stan Laurel. Large walled garden to rear, and small pavement patio to the front. Quiz night Wednesday.
