Estuary Bar & Rooms, Penclawdd (GG's Gelato Parlour)

Pre covid, a long closed pub called the Railway Inn was totally changed in a major renovation. It is now a modern and popular, split use building in the centre of the North Gower village of Penclawdd, with views over the estuary. The major part of the ground floor is GG's Gelato (Ice Cream) Parlour with The Estuary Bar and Rooms on the right-hand side. Both parts are owned by the same company and are interconnected. Inside the bar has a small seating area, but it also shares a larger room, two outside seating terraces to the front and rear and a covered marque at the rear with the parlour. Real Ales are usually from the nearby Gower Brewery.

The meals which come from the Gelato parlour (but can also be ordered in the pub) are generally Monday-Saturday: a range of breakfasts/brunches 9am-Noon, bar meals/burgers for lunch and light bites/tapas in the evenings. With roast lunches only on Sundays. Plus there is an extensive range of ice cream dishes! Food times shown accordingly from the parlour.
