Located in the ground floor of a large landmark hotel, which has been open since the 1930's, it is across the plaza from the city's railway station. This large Bistro Bar & Grill is open to the general public and also offers food all day, including a Brunch menu. It is decorated with several pictures of Welsh sport. Several TV's are usually running along with some music.
