The venue is an art gallery and exhibition space with an accompanying bar and social venue. It reopened in April 2019 in a bar that had been closed for many years as part of the redevelopment of Upper High Street. The brightly coloured, contemporary bar in the front serves a selection of local beers, coffees and wines. No Cask Ale is available, but there is often a range of bottled ales in the fridge. The front room has both the bar and a music stage, with large exhibition spaces past the bar, with one area on the ground floor and more upstairs. These mainly depict contemporary art.
