A cosy two bar pub set on the edge of this small village, very close to the river Stour and just 6km from the historic Flatford Mill. An interesting collection of bric-a-brac adorns the walls including musical instruments, various framed posters and a huge set of bellows from a former nearby blacksmith's shop.

An interesting and varied menu is available, with most food prepared on the premises. Crib played in the pub. Well behaved children are welcome in the pub and there is a large patio garden area to the rear of the building. Dogs not allowed inside or outside.
