Just eight months after taking over this already successful real-ale house, Rachel and Ronnie were rewarded with Huddersfield CAMRA's Summer 2016 Pub of the Season award. Modern decor with an eclectic range of seating round central bar area. Serving four ales, one always a dark ale and the house beer, Junk Ale is provided by Goose Eye. Junk beer festival runs over May bank holiday weekend. Separate new pool-room just opened.
