This family-run village pub and free house is a regular winner of the local CAMRA Rural Pub of the Year and was Welcome To Yorkshire's Favourite Pub 2021. The pub is split into two separate areas - a comfortable lounge and a tap room. It is well known for its home made pie and peas and walks. Cyclists, walkers and dogs are welcome, and families until 8:30pm.
