This is an off licence, which means that they are not licensed to sell drinks for consumption on the premises.

This was a bit of a "find".

If you are touring and have visited the area and have sampled the beers from the John O' Groats brewery, you can also find bottles at the shop at £2.50.

Whilst only a small selection of other ales are available, it does have an impressive collection of fine and very old whiskies on offer, some up to £5000 a bottle.

There is wide selection of gin, vodka and wine as well.

If you intend to visit the Old Pulteney Distillery or Tesco please be assured that this shop does undercut both on price for both 12 y.o. whisky (£27.50), and Stroma liquor (£15).

The owner also owns Mackays a few doors along.
