This Pub is Closed Long Term

Branch Pub of the Year 2013 and 2014 and cider Pub of the Year 2017 this enterprising privately owned former Victorian coaching inn has a horseshoe shaped bar supporting six handpumps. Up to six ciders are available in boxes and there is a chilled cabinet with interesting whiskies and UK and international bottled beers. Regular entertainment and charity quiz nights are held. Handy for Ebbsfleet United Football Club and Ebbsfleet International railway station. Accommodation consists of five rooms. The pub's cellar was at one time the home of the Caveman Brewery.

Sadly the pub closed its doors on 31 August 2019 on the retirement of the licensees who have done such a wonderful job over the last 8 years, and its future is uncertain.
