A very busy, popular town pub with the largest selection of real ales and ciders on the island. A single room with a mix of seating styles and TV's for sporting events. The beers are now all served by handpumps (not so long ago some came straight from the cask) and the range can vary from day to day. Beers from Marstons and Skinners often feature as do other guest ales from the mainland and Guernsey. They also offer a fantastic range of whiskies which includes some exclusive and rare brands. No meals served but excellent Scotch Eggs and Pork Pies are available.
