The interior has been modernised over the years, but retains its original two room layout. An entrance hall leads into a public bar on the left and a lounge on the right. Offers Indian food and occasional Indian live music in the lounge. Ignore the incorrect signs for "cask ales" on the exterior.

Historic Interest

This estate pub adjoining a local shopping centre was designed by Cecil Howitt and Partners for Home Brewery, and built in about 1972.
