This was originally a new site opened in 2012 as the Dockyard but closed in summer 2025 and reopened shortly later as Salmon of Knowledge, the third in a chain of Irish pubs. It is a corner plot on the ground floor of a new build office block. Bar area features green lighting and several large screens showing sport.

Two handpulls feature tucked away at the end of the bar, some way from the keg beer pumps. A house "Amber ale" features on one.
